Exercisin’

B: bean patty/cheese slice, tomatoes/cottage cheese
S1: apple, PB
L: carne adovada, dollop of LF yogurt
S2: tofu square, cup of wheat berry salad
D: 2 meatballs, wheat berry salad, green salad/blue cheese dressing
post workout snack: cup of granola/milk

Mark it on your calendars: I worked out twice today. I got up at 5 am and exercised for about 15 minutes doing my daily pushups and squats and some other floor exercises. Then I went to the gym tonight and did the treadmill for 30 minutes, and then another 15 minutes of weight lifting. For the serious exercisers I read about on other weight loss and healthy eating blogs, this is nothing. But for me, it’s quite an accomplishment!
